We aren't. Manuel removed the flex and bison files in chapter 5 because
they aren't currently being used. Archaic asked him to put them back so
that they're in the repo in case we ever need to go back to HJL.
Or any other package (like the current bison and bash) which need
bison and/or flex. The current location of bison in the alphabetical
build is solely because there is a bash patch to parse.y.
