IMHO, that update should be done at the same time that the update to
DocBook-XSL-1.70.1, just few days after BLFS-6.2 release.
Of course, both DocBook-XML-4.5 and DocBook-XSL-1.70.1 need be installed
on Belgarath before updating the book sources.
