Just to give this a bump, and perhaps some other comments,
but I'm inclined to go with Jeremy's suggestion that we
abandon the builds of GMP and MPFR in Chapter 5 and just
include them internally in the GCC Pass2 like is done in
GCC Pass1.
Would like some input from others. Just for the record,
over at DIY, Greg builds them internally with GCC.
