 Sure about what?  That I'd like to have head and tail in /bin?  Yes.  Are
 they required by LHS, no.  We do the move as the last instruction in
 coreutils.  I'm thinking that we should add tail to that list for the
 administrator's convenience.

   mv -v /usr/bin/{head,sleep,nice} /bin

 Note:  If you don't have /usr as a separate partition, all this discussion
 is moot.
