Can you verify the md5sum of your downloaded patch matches the one in the
latest version of the book (0ef634ac78e582f45d0e7643bfda7505). I
originally uploaded an incorrect copy of the patch, but have since
replaced it with a corrected version. If you re-download the patch, things
should work for you.
