On my phonon, running with make -j1, the build of 1.12.1 *including* tests
took about 34 SBU (about 1hr42). Like everything else, tests get slower.
I'm more concerned that in my build I got 82 FAILs. All but 5 of these
were in t/instspc.tap. OTOH, I don't trust testsuites, so I'm not
particularly worried by this.
