Fedora have an update (from SUSE) to their i18n patch, fixing multiple
segfaults. CVE2013-0223/CVE2013-0221/CVE2013-0222
The changes are at

and their revised patch is at
[http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/coreutils.git/plain/coreutils-
i18n.patch] : I see ours is "based on", I guess that probably just means
it was rediffed and headed, but perhaps we have other differences.
