#3434: Util-linux now installs last and mesg

The latest version of Util-linux now has a "last" command added, and
installs "mesg" by default. Both are also installed by Sysvinit. The Util-
linux version of both should probably be used (the Util-linux release
notes say that it got the "last" command directly from Sysvinit, and the
Util-linux "mesg" command seems to have more options available), which can
be done just by adding
{{{
-e '/mesg/d'
}}}
to the sed command in the Sysvinit instructions.
