#3551: Groff symlinks needed anymore?

 The Groff instructions say to create "gtbl" and "geqn" symlinks, giving
 the reason as documentation programs like xman needing them. Current xman
 source doesn't even mention "gtbl" or "geqn" anywhere, so it certainly
 doesn't need them, and I know man-db doesn't either as it finds "tbl" and
 "eqn" just fine.
