 Come to think of it, what should be the standard method for installing
 docs? There are, I believe, 2 packages that have separate instructions for
 both generating and installing documentation. For MPFR, the commands to
 create and install docs are both in the same command block, after make
 install. For Sed, there is a command to generate docs after make, and
 another to install them after make install. Any thoughts on which approach
 is better? I prefer the way it's done with Sed (and, obviously, for the
 patch I made for this ticket).
