That's somewhat true. In this case, there is a new directory in the upstream
url and the script is ok when we actually insert that into the book as the new
kernel url.
Old: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.x/linux-3.19.3.tar.xz
New: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v4.x/linux-4.0.0.tar.xz
I'll see if I can update the open tickets for new packages today.
