Ryan, I used your 3.1.1 cross-lfs scripts to build nice multiarch x86_64 system. Had a couple of minor errors that were fixed once booted in native system.
One real problem I couldn't overcome was trying to get your scripts to build 64 bit only, no bi-arch. Never would build--always died on gcc. Used 2.6.10, Gcc-3.4.3, Glibc-2.3.4. But the reason I'm emailing you is to say thanks for the scripts and to let you know I used that system to build another x86_64 native 64 bit only. I'm using that one to send you this email. This system 2.6.11.7, Gcc-3.4.3, Glibc-2.3.5. You might want to check your build script for perl. Seems if your going to use this system some sources will die on DyanLoader.a --needs to be -fPIC error and it took me several tries tonight to get args for perl that worked. /configure.gnu --prefix=/usr -Dpager=/bin/less -isR -DfPIC -Duseshrplib -Duse64bitall Keep up the good work, Robert L.
