After you build glibc on an nptl system, those headers don't get installed.
Also if you build glibc and try to install all those headers manually
you'll create an even bigger mess. gcc-2.95 doesn't support nptl.
I've gone through the whole spill through the headers and nada.
If you search the web on the problem you'll become more enlightened.
