Hello!
I used LFS 6.0. Then gcc 4.0 came up. I read the mail from the
lfs-announce-list, that lfs 6.1.1 will be coming soon.
It seems that gcc 4 is not included there.
Or will it be included?
What are the plans concerning the combination of gcc4 anf lfs?
Where can I find the roadmap of the lfs project?
Thanks in andvantage

No, 6.1.1 will not use GCC4, as it's only a minor update to 6.1 (mainly
security fixes and book text changes) and GCC4 is too much of a change
for that. LFS-development has used GCC4 for a few months now, and there
is currently a discussion happening on this list (lfs-dev) right now
about when a stable LFS using GCC4 should be released and what else
should be changed/added in the meantime.
