Post support questions to lfs-support. This isn't really a support

in sections 6.8.1 and 6.8.2. Basically permissions are different since
before tmpfs is mounted over /dev, you are in single user mode and it is
only temporary. Afterwards the devices are made again since they will
be used in the booted system.
