Yes, more than 60 seconds. Actually, worse than what we have. I
actually had to check my internet connection. But this is me being
stupid and naive on how to use the software.
Initially I clicked on "Active tickets" and got the open tickets
but it stopped with the ones in the middle of October last year.
That's when I tried the method Justin said to try. I suppose I
need to use the custom filter thingy.
Not sure what to think of that. I suppose it isn't really much
different than we have. My very first use of it, using the method
recommended to me by Justin took more than a minute to return a
result. :-(
I will look into it further, as it must be better than this. :-)
