I see two possibilities:

1- Release LFS-6.2 using trunk "as is" now.

2- Wait up to can merge both alphabetical and udev_update branchs. That would 
meant to include also GCC-4.1, Glibc-2.4 and Linux-2.6.16.

Thinking on BLFS, I think that 1 could be the best choice.
