udev branch: /sbin/udevstart not installed with 0.87

I'm playing around with the udev branch.  At the end of the instructions 
for installing udev-087, it says:

 Run the udevstart  program to create our full complement of device nodes.
/sbin/udevstart

But, in udev-087, udevstart isn't installed anymore.

So, now what?
