There is something coming from binutils as far as i saw in my test
installation so I would prefer the Matthews commands. Furthermore I think
it's simply more save. Imagine one comes to the conclusion (for whichever
reason) to reinstall the headers after having the hole blfs stuff done and
does not use the temporary directory. The /usr/include will be quite small
than...
