While it's not really prevalent just yet, big ISPs are supposed to begin to doing test roll-outs of IPv6 by the end of the year (if they haven't already). Probably good to add an entry for the loopback at very least. It's just "::1 localhost" immediately under the existing 127.0.0.1 entry.
