Hi, Alberto, I live in Natal, RN. Thanks, welcome (if this is your first post) and good luck! I have looked for LFS page here in Brazil. At http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/read.html we have a link to {{{ Portuguese Website <http://lfs-br.codigolivre.org.br/> | LFS 4.1 (Tarball) Translated by Anderson Lizardo (lfs-br-i18n) }}} but no LFS page. As soon as you have the page, please tell Matt for that to be updated. I am more concerned with BLFS, at the moment, but if you need to discuss, please contact me here or in private. BTW, I think you might want to contact the French translators: - Jean-Philippe MENGUAL, traducteur des livres, coordinateur du projet E-mail: jmengual CHEZ linuxfromscratch POINT org jmengual AT linuxfromscratch DOT org Their site is at http://lfs.traduc.org/ Are you translating the xml or the html? The xml is perhaps a good option, because when you have finished 7.4, you could go to svn, and then, simultaneously release with English and French, each six months. French translators use xml, I think. Also, the book produced would have the same layout as the original, and you would not have to worry about formatting. I am writing that, but not having been involved with translations, do not know how hard it would be.
