You do see the text 'Armin K' ? It's quite far down: er, just text-search for 'Armin K has announced' ? It's in sub-section 'Released Last Week', immed after item 'Linux Mint 201403 "Debian"' and immed before item 'Development, unannounced and minor bug-fix releases'.
