I remember having installed 6.49. Module-Init-Tools-3.0 packages. If I had done any mistake in that, how I shoudl I be recovering this? Shall I once again install the Modules-Init-Tools and then go with the kernel compilation and the make modules_install step? Thanks Gerard for your constant support, its highly motivating!
