here come the tips......
1.) are you sure its library errors and not complaints about distmaps ?
2.) create a .bash_profile .bashrc etc, use example off the livecd, or
look at the blfs book, or try some setup of your own if you feel up to it
3.) set the path in your .bash_profile.
