defkeymap.c not found

Hai , 
During compilation of keymap into the kernel-2.6.11.12 in chapter 8.3 of
lfs6.1.1 .............i couldn't find the defkeymap.c instead it has
defkeymap.c_shipped and defkeymap.map.
This is the command i have to run.....
loadkeys -m /usr/share/kbd/keymaps/[path to  keymap] > \
    drivers/char/defkeymap.c
