To be fair to the skimming-builders, they are mostly people with
'developing' English language skills - it's not so much that they skim
as that they don't realise the significance of some phrases.
My recollection is that most people who ask a lot of questions come
from this group - we need to encourage them.

One guy is a blind man with a French language background and reads the
book in braille - getting LFS to where he could ask sensible questions
is an amazing feat.

I don't expect Niki will have any trouble - his English is excellent -
and he is planning ahead.
