Boot a Linux CD and use cfdisk to partition /dev/hda5. You should
probably make a swap partition and another for LFS. 0.5Gb should be
large enough for the swap and 5Gb for LFS. I'd make two 5Gb partitions.
One to install a distro like Ubuntu or Mandriva on and one to use to
build LFS. Then you use the Ubuntu or Mandriva install as your host system.
