It's been committed, too. You could probably use this diff or something
close to it. There's been one more commit since then to expand the
*.{c,h}. It could be _way_ better, but I erred on the conservative side
for maximum shell compatibility.

This has also given me a chance to test out the new enigmail/thunderbird
combo. Seems to work.
