ok i got that problem fixed. i was just confused because the code was out of 
order. but now i am have compile errors.

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../include/ansidecl.h', needed by 
`regex.o'.  Stop.

make: *** [all-build-libiberty] Error 2

what should i do?
