can't chroot with chap 6.60 instructions

Hi, have built lfs 6.2 a few times now, and if I have to reboot for any
reason I can only chroot with chap 6.59 chroot, not chap 6.60, with the
result that lfs can't find anything, patch, gcc... What is wrong?
