Dear Group,

I managed to install up to gcc during my building process. (chapter 6.17).
I offered the following commands and,

root:/Sources/gcc-build# ../gcc-4.6.1/configure --prefix=/usr \
>     --libexecdir=/usr/lib --enable-shared \
>     --enable-threads=posix --enable-__cxa_atexit \
>     --enable-clocale=gnu --enable-languages=c,c++ \
>     --disable-multilib --disable-bootstrap --with-system-zlib

I got the following error

configure: error: building out of tree but ../gcc-4.6.1 contains
host-i686-pc-linux-gnu.
Use a pristine source tree when building in a separate tree
root:/Sources/gcc-build#

Any suggestion ?
