Don't top post. It's unlikely that your drive is hda. It's most likely sda. What is your hardware? It is also quite unusual for LFS to be on the first partition. Usually that's used by the host that you built from. When you mounted the lfs partition in Section 2.4, what device did you use there? What is your host system?
