In preparing for a new build and following the book religiously--as usual--I checked the versions on Ubuntu 13.04 with the following interesting results:
1. bin/sh is a link to dash 2. <make info: command not found> I know nothing about dash or texinfo. Are these two discrepancies serious enough to install more packages from Ubuntu? Which ones?
