Depends on how much time I have. If I'm gonna commit myself to adding a LFS installation to my machine. Virtualbox EFI emulation isn't that stellar. At least my future plans call for using a second SSD and regular hard drive, so I can set up LFS on that and put Windows on the main drives.
One hint that I'd personally like to see is for having a Plymouth [1] splash screen. More eye candy than anything, but it is nice to have a nice boot screen to fit the general theme of your system. Maybe also an advanced (and modern) initramfs tutorial - perhaps using either dracut or Arch's mkinitcpio?
