The website download page,

lists a mirror at Oregon State University's Open Source Lab. I'm near
Portland--OSU's "close" as the crow flies, though I expect my packets
have to get there by way of Seattle. I followed the FTP links there to
the 7.7 wget-list, dated 3-5-15.
