Greetings Scott :)

I'm also just starting a new run through LFS after working through it one
time before in around 2010.

One thing that's helping a lot is I'm now much more experienced with Linux
and programming in general, and shell scripting and version control in
particular.

Well, on the one hand maybe this makes me overconfident, but on the other
hand it doesn't hurt to break everything when you can just experiment in
new Git branches, or reset to an earlier commit where things were working
:)

Here's to our fresh LFS adventures!
