Yesterday, I forgot to say the command I gave you must be run from
inside the chroot environment. If run from inside chroot, then it
should find the specs file. Maybe I made a mistake, or maybe your specs
file is in the wrong location. If your specs file is correct, then I do
not know enough to help you. You will have to wait for someone else to
offer assistance.

extra lines deleted from the quote.
