please update config.guess and config.sub

Hello,

I just got a bug report about outdated config.guess and config.sub for
the mips architecture (http://bugs.debian.org/172496).

Could you please update the 2 files in/for the next release?

You could get them via GNU cvs, cvs.gnu.org, module "config".
