Preserving file-modes when mirroring

Hello!

I'm using a command like this to push bin/ subdirectory from server to 
backup:

   mirror    --reverse --no-umask --log=/tmp/mirror.log /my/bin /my/bin

Unfortunately, all files lose their executable bit on the target. How 
can I tell lftp to preserve the exact permissions?
