Hello, Miles,

There have been a few bugfixes and other stuff written over the past 
year or two, and I've been meaning to find some time to put together a 
new release but haven't been able to yet.  If anyone else has the time 
and wants to manage a new release please contact me.

Can you post this to the patch tracker on sourceforge? Then it won't 
disappear either :)

Some of these problems are understood but maybe not all of them. If you
