I've copied the code from VLC sources.

Now Process explorer
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653) shows that GPU
memory is used, and CPU load is the same as was earlier, but part of it is
for the kernel mode (marked with red color). 
GPU load is still 0%.
DXVAChecker also doesn't show any activity.

However, VLC uses some GPU resources.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time yet to study all functions, related
to the DXVA 2 and didn't grasp the whole picture of the DXVA. 

Could anyone point me to the right direction? Why doesn't my application use
GPU?
Is it because it doesn't use decoded pictures?
