I think this means _demuxer_ has to manage eagain return from
avio_reads, but currently demuxers hls, mpegts seem to be unaware of
this feature and not supporting it, and even more, such feature must
be hard to add. Am i wrong here?
Let me check, the whole patchsets to forward errors are made for this
kind of purposes.
