Hi all
I am working on a software that performs live streaming of h264.
I encode using x264 and decode using libav.
this all work fine until i enable hardware acceleration.
when decoding the frame, i will receive the message "Missing reference
picture"
and the output will be only the upper left quarter of the image.
switching between dxva and opendecode doesn't seem to make a difference
any information would be appreciated.
