I have a H264 video stream that I cannot open with my libav-based code. I
tested it with avplay and I got a number of the following traces:
[h264 @ 02F2F400] non-existing PPS referenced
[h264 @ 02F2F400] non-existing PPS 0 referenced
[h264 @ 02F2F400] decode_slice_header error
[h264 @ 02F2F400] no frame!
Then these:
[rtsp @ 0191F5E0] max_analyze_duration reached
[rtsp @ 0191F5E0] Estimating duration from bitrate, this may be inaccurate

The video was not displayed either.
I tested with VLC and it does open the stream.
I would really appreciate if someone could help.
