Hi Everyone, Recently I have fun with your libraries. I am trying to unicast stream a video stream to some remote machine.
I have checked the mail list archives and found some users which succeeded to do the same thing and these guys gives some tips. I have used this know how and succeeded to extract the video stream from the container and to save it in other file. Next step was to send it over the network. Again I have checked the maillist and following the tips to use url instread of filename I succeeded to send packets. But, (where is the question) When I use RTP format vlc needs sdp, I guess because of RSTP - Is this right ? I was advised to use mpegts and udp to stream data, but then wireshark reports RTP packets as malformed. I guess I am doing something wrong, but I can not understand what is it? Can someone who succeeded to send good working video RTP packets over the localnetwork, to give me some hints or some pseudo code steps?
