Thank you, but I don't see any attachment there!
Carl told me it's merged into libav already, so I've tried the nightly
build from http://johnvansickle.com/libav/ and it works! avconv doesn't
tell anything about changing to 32 kHz and back, it just happily decodes
the file like ffmpeg now. Great!
