I am looking for a way to generate a static library of the avconv for
windows. ( not a stub lib )

MinGW ? ( I have tried this one but to no avail , I was able to get a .exe
if configured with --enable-static and .lib + .dll ( a stub lib) for
configuring as shared. But I want is a .lib alone )
