Not necessarily, although there's clear issues of responsibility after that. Right now, I interact with our lawyer, it'd help if someone else helped with that. We need some place to have public information about violations, but we also need to be able to keep private notes like "FW'ed to lawyer" or "lawyer says this or that" or stuff like that.
