It's an RFC patchset to refactor and drop some parts of the cabac code. The patches could be squashed if accepted, but the series illustrates the creation a bit better. Applying the whole set fixes a series of build failures with --disable-optimizations where some x86 cabac code was appearing in places it was unnecessary and not getting optimized away... The first typo patch can or can not be discarded.
