I have .master .vp9 .bmd .release9 .release0.8 .coverage .security .qsv-simple .qsv-simple-win32 .win32 .arm .fate .cparser All of them are build trees (.hevc and few others got away lately =)), using my patch I can keep them and use git on the source including git clean. Among the nice things of this setup is that I can switch from a topic branch to another, rebase it and just issue make config on the right dir.
